Shipping policy

COUNTIRES AND SHIPPING RATES

 

All UK product orders are inclusive of VAT tax.

All European country orders have UK VAT tax removed at checkout and country specific tax will be due before delivery in your respective country.  Hence, as the products come from the UK, you will need to pay country specific tax before delivery.

Currently we only take product orders for the following countries as outlined in the table below, which also includes the shipping rate per country:

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT
We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will process the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then your order will process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processed between 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING CARRIER
To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we provide domestic UK delivery with Royal Mail package service (in-transit times 1-3 Business Days) for all UK orders. 

All Royal Mail shipping orders received before 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the same day. Royal Mail orders received after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the following business day. Royal Mail orders placed on Friday after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

DELIVERY GUARANTEES
We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment.
 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Please contact sales@nebulaboost.com with your order number, and we will assist with your order update. If your order has already shipped, we will help you make the appropriate return(s) and exchanges.

NOTE: If you purchase a product and decide you do not want the product and it is not faulty, you will need to cover the return costs.
